The Last House (2026) Review
The Last House, from streaming giant Netflix, is one of those movies where I had no expectations at all. Somehow, it still managed to disappoint. The pace is extremely slow, even for a psychological horror. The monsters aren't consistent, so what we see on the screen doesn't really make sense. In a previous review of a different movie, I argued that a monster doesn't have to be explained to be scary, and I still stand by that.

The Omen (2006) Review
Today, we look at the dark and unsettling world of The Omen. Am I speaking of the original from 1976, or its copy from 2006? Honestly, we could say it doesn't matter because they are virtually the same. That's why David Seltzer ended up credited with the 2006 remake. The script was so close to the original that the Writers Guild of America denied Dan McDermott the credit for it.

Death's Design: A Final Destination Franchise Autopsy
Final Destination is one of the franchises that shaped modern horror. It started with a formula 26 years ago, and it didn't change until Bloodlines. Some would say they are extremely repetitive, yet somehow, they are still considered cult films. Is that because of the level of gore, dark humor, and the generational trauma it caused? Or maybe it runs deeper than that?
Let's dive into this bloody mess and find out.

The Menu (2022) Review
The Menu is an exceptional piece of horror art. It scares not with creatures or weapons, but with arrogance and societal pressure. It shows entitlement and greed in a painfully honest way that will infuriate every sane person.

Obsession (2025) Review
Not many horror movies leave me staring at a blank screen after the credits have rolled, but Obsession managed to do exactly that. A lot of hype was created around it, so I was definitely looking forward to watching Curry Barker's second feature-length film. What I didn't expect was how disturbing I would find it. While doing my usual after-watch research, I looked into some reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.

FROM Season 4 Review
FROM, the MGM+ marvel many don't know about, is one of the best horror shows I've watched in the past few years. It's got mystery, intensity, drama, and above all, spine-chilling horror. This year, we got to enjoy the penultimate season of this gripping tale. If this show knows anything, it's how to answer questions without actually answering them. It doesn't give away its secrets for free. You have to work for them, put the puzzle pieces together, and try to see the bigger p
